Stopped in for a pint after a long walk. Great bar with good atmosphere, well kept beer and friendly helpful staff. Highly recommended.
Hotel doesn't look like much from the outside but they have probably the best public house in the Port. Great atmosphere, pool table, juke box, darts etc. Friendly locals who really love their drink!
I stayed with my poorly husband we actuallly married a month later on 5th Feb. All i can say the staff was nice and we asked to be moved in a better room. It was nice in room 1. I will always remember it with fond memories because of my husbands passing on christmas eve 2017. Thank you for being so nice to us both.
It's an old hotel, so do expect that facilities and rooms are ageing. Easy to walk from the hotel to everywhere in the village. Staff is extremely nice. Had to leave before breakfast time, so I got a package with tasty sandwiches and drinks in front of the door when I left. Will return for sure.
Small hotel, very pleasant staff. Room small but had a king bed. Door frame to bathroom low and i caught my head on it once (am6'4") Very good value for money, breakfast excellent. Pub below served very good beer. Adjzcent room had a couple of dogs, so pet friendly.
